Carlos was recommended to me & came to provide an estimate. He was very nice & spent at least an hour going over the site. He said he would send an estimate & obtained my email. I never received the estimate (I also checked the spam email folder). I contacted him to let him know & provided my email address again; he said he would get it to me. At least a week went by (no estimate) so I contacted him a second time. He was out of town but said he'd get it to me the following week. That week came & went (no estimate). I contacted him a third time. He never responded. Four times he said he would get back to me & never did. A person should honor their word - or, if not interested in a job, politely suggest someone else. (5/16/19....1/5 stars given)

UPDATE
I had a call from a reputation management company who spotted my review & Carlos had asked that I be contacted. According to this recently hired 3rd party, Carlos is the owner of D Granite but he had a partner he was handing off assignments to (such as estimates) via SalesForce platform. This partner wasn't following up & they began to split ways several weeks ago. I'm afraid I don't understand the details, but the fact Carlos did follow up says he cares about his business, reputation & client service. (5/16/19...4/5 stars given)

DGranite remodeled our bathroom. They were very professional throughout the process. They took the time to listen to our ideas and even provided very good ideas of their own. They provided us a walk-through/ inspection at each phase of the project. Throughout the project they made themselves available for any questions that we had. They also made it a point to keep the work area and all other adjoining areas to the bathroom very clean. We had several bids on the job and DGranite’s bid was very reasonable for all that they offered. My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend D Granite bathroom remodeling service!
